Please read the instructions carefully before you ask questions.

Required: Basic Photoshop Knowledge but basic ImageReady knowledge is taught in this tutorial.

Spoiler:

Well I lost track of my work in saving and not saving and I ended up not saving a part so I fail. I'll just explain here..
Not everyone blinks constantly, so there should be a break in between. Click on frame [4] and frame [10] and change the frame times to one second.
Now to save. Go to File (at the top-left corner) and go down to Save Optimized As... like so:

Googling things are fine. =-=

CS 4 doesn't have ImageReady, the animation is bit in Photoshop itself. I haven't looked at animating in photoshop though, since I like ImageReady.

Adobe CS4 comes with Adobe Flash Animator. < Best animation thingy eber

Telling someone to google illegal things is just as bad as giving them a URL.

Depends on how good you are.
If your a beginner then you shouldn't be into this stuff at all. You should start with Neopaint to grasp the terms, like frames.

Re: How to Animate Maple Sprites on Photoshop CS2 and ImageReady.

Post  Yeti on Tue Dec 01, 2009 6:21 pm

Beginners can start with Photoshop CS2, that's all I started. It's quite easy to use and get use to. And since I will be making me tutorials with it then it's better to get CS2 to follow step by step. Getting another program is fine but it won't be exactly the same.
Also Unknown, if you're having trouble seeing the text, hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard and use your mouse to scroll up, it should zoom in.
Anyways, if you have any questions about what program to use just PM Vin or me about it. The questions here should be about the tutorial from now on.

Part Two is now finished.

I meant the technical terms, they use in tutorials.
e.g Panning, Smoothing, Cropping.
He might not know what they mean

Well you can leave it if Puffy gave you permission to use it, if not you're going to have to remove it.
But honestly, it looks bad using a banner for the background. You might as well have made your own. You're welcome for the tutorial. And thank you Eddie :)

Post  Yeti on Thu Dec 24, 2009 3:21 am

Bryan, it's a tutorial, new members come all the time so maybe they'll have questions so it's fine to bump here.
Use some common sense and stop posting "rep +", "rep -", "no bumping" or "stay on topic" all over the forum. It's not needed all the time. Topics go back on topic on their own sometimes so just give it some time why don't you.. THANKS.

And Rei thanks for your comments, you can still make one if you'd like (or if you aren't lazy anymore), yours could perhaps be easier to read than mine. You'd never know.
